SkyConst specialises in secondary dwellings (granny flats) up to 80m², subject to council requirements. We manage concept design, approvals, construction, connections and handover.
Yes. We offer custom floorplans, layout changes and upgrades to suit your lifestyle, budget and site. More storage, a bigger kitchen, extra windows or a different layout can be discussed during design.
